He has 16 years massive experience in FMCG sector from starting point up to director of Sales and operation level.
Before joining to Baltat Foods as CEO , he was General Manager of one of the biggest Carpet and Carper Yarn production and sales company for 2,5 years.
In addition to his strong networking in Turkey and abroad , he had recevied several certificates about Sales, Marketing, Management, Leadership and CRM .
He has also joined to several international and national seminars.He is maried and father of 2 Kids.
Nebi KOCA
Co Founder
Mr.Nebi KOCA with diploma of Management of Faculty at Anatolian University, borned in 1981.
Starting from his childhood times he was lover of bees and apiculture .
He started to work on apiculture and beekeeping in the field as beekeeper and at the same time he started to study apiculture lessons starting from year 2000.
He founded The Gaziantep Beekeepers’ Association in 2010 and from starting till present he is president of this association.
He is also Audit Board Member at Turkish Beekeepers Association. He is apiculture teacher and giving regular lessons to promote beekeeping sector in his region.
He founded Baltat Foods in 2012 as 4th generation of beekeepers and executed several deliveries to UN, Human NGOs, State Companies and to Export including bees, bee hives, Beekeeping equipments.
He is living in Gaziantep.
He is maried and father of two Kids.

He started his career at Enka in 1983 and worked as Paper & Carton Packing Department Manager from 1985 to 1989.
He assumed the role of Deputy General Manager at Debant (Paper & Plastic Packaging ) from 1989 to 1993.
In 1994, he began to work as Co-Founder & Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Dut ( Textile & Packaging & Commodity Trading ).

In 2006, he joined Yükselen Tarım ( Fresh Vegetable ,Fruits & GreenHouse Management ) as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Between 2009 and 2010 he worked as Sales and New Business Development Director at Norus Nuhpanel( Construction & Compozite Materials ).
He worked as (COO ) Chief Operating Officer at Stratejico ( Bussines Lobbying & Strategic Consultancy )from 2011 to 2013.
He worked Yıldız Holding ( The Biggest Food Company in Turkey ) between 2014-2016 as Commercial /Operational Excellence/Investment Director at Bahar Su & Enfesler Gıda.
He worked as General Manager of Pladis Global Pakistan between 2016-2017.
Before joining our organization as Independent Board Member , He worked as Board Member of Grupas and as General Manager of Grupas Teknoloji between 2017-2019
He is still freelance consultant and independent board member in several companies.
